Parkour Program

For girls and boys aged 7 years and up.

Parkour is for athletes looking to improve their body and aerial awareness. This program will teach skills through easy and complex circuits along with trampoline training. This is a very diverse program including games, circuits, ninja courses and trampoline fun. We have 3 levels of parkour:

Beginner Parkour

1.5 hours, once per week.

Beginner parkour is for athletes who have no experience up to only one session experience inside the program. We focus on teaching the basic movements, rolls, twists, jumps, games, and more. For more information about or levels contact us today.

 

Intermediate Parkour

1.5 hours, once per week.

Intermediate parkour is for athletes who have mastered the basic skills and are ready for the next step. We focus on teaching the introductions to complex flips, rolls, twists, jumps, games, circuits, and more. For more information about or levels contact us today.

Advanced Parkour

2 hours, once per week.

Advanced parkour is for athletes who have mastered all the basic and intermediate skills and have had more then 3 sessions inside the gym.
